After I did a clean install of Windows 10 on my laptop, it started to work better and faster. it did not work. Win-x doesn't work, the keyboard start button doesn't work, and swiping from the side doesn't work. I have found a workaround that works for me. As for the actual question I do not have a solution nor a suggestion to fixing the problem.
