So basically, the trick is to open Briefcase in an admin Explorer window before you sync, and remember to close the admin Explorer.exe process. If you need to enable back Briefcase, you can use this file to add the registry entries. Has anyone else been able to play AOE in Win7? When you are done, close the Briefcase window and start Task Manager.
