I have TTL = 1 on my laptop. it is showing that wireless hotspot is active but my mobile is not searching it. Please turn UFW off tempararly and see if you can connect. After a successfull install, when trying to connect Android phone and tablet to the hotspot they were just stuck at optaining IP address. After restarting your system it should work.Hope this will be helpful for you!!!
