All the wires are connected. I thankfully was smart enough to get the extended warranty when I bought my car. Im sure if i looked i still have the numbers off of the old one and could share with the group just to verify that we all have the same model I tried putting a fuse into that socket just in case (#18) with no luck. I will attempt to get into dash and check the fuse on back of radio. Ended up going to a certified imports mechanic and they told for new radio will $1700 plus labor will be $2300+ I said I will not believe that I cannot get

I saw somewhere that suggested to disconnect the batter for 20 minutes.
