This is a little different for ASP.net applications though. The Dll didn't work for me, but I removed the "Application_AuthenticateRequest" event from the Global.asax (while developing) and everything works fine now. However, as soon as I uninstall it (uninstall.bat), things are working again (although debugging of course still does not work). Problem is, I'm doing URL Rewriting in a custom HTTP module.
In other words, unless the editor is currently in the Web.Config file in VS2005 I will get the "Unable to start debugging….
