Simple geometry. IntelliSense does not work if both the JQuery and UI are referenced in the same page. Why would a Teen TV show needed a FBI warning inside Young Justice universe? Fixes are coming in a VS Update at some point next year.
There are also other ways to use these APIs. I also added the file to the same place as my angular.js but it still didn't work.
