I'm assuming it has something to do with a setting but not real sure. At this point, I'm just getting used to using different keys, but till hope someone, somewhere manages to find a solution... The box that comes up when I go to ools -> Options has four tabs titled "Editor", "Editor Format", "General", "Docking" - none of these have the options you mentioned.
