Ray, in VS2010, you should be able to remap Ctrl-V and Ctrl-C to anything you want in Tools|Options|Keyboard. I am sure the Ctrl +[ binding in vs is removed,but it seems this key combination can't be used by Vsvim. Again, I'm not clear why this wasn't communicated by MS, it seems they are trying to force a new (old) standard on us that was used in mac for a long With copy/paste working less than 50% of the time, VS is essentually worthless. You have to ask them to remove the key bindings twice else it will only remove part of them. I installed ReSharper and used the Visual Studio keyboard scheme, which states that it doesn't steal keybindings from existing VS features. I could still paste with Ctrl-V, but it woudn't add anything new to my clipboard.
