That seems to indicate that something closer to the ESXi level happened in U1b that isn't talking correctly to machines running some versions of vmware tools. Selecting previously unselected package libxml-security-c17v5:amd64. You need to specify "lsof -p PID | grep libresolution" where PID is the PID for vmtoolsd running as vmusr.
