The pick up is fine for 28 of 32 customers, but for 4 the spreadsheet is picking up N instead of Y. What can be causing this issue? I wouldn't recommend using names, if possible, as the chance of an error occurring is much greater eg if the name is mis-spelt, or has an extra character such as a Thank you SO much for answering!
